The NZP platform

Industrial conversion.
Configured for value.

A high-temperature conversion core, established gas-processing equipment and project modelling connect your residual stream with useful outputs.

The signature NZP process

Recycle. Qualify. Convert. Connect.

01

Recycle first

Recover the materials that should be reused or recycled.

02

Qualify residuals

Understand composition, volume, moisture and contaminants.

03

Convert

A sealed, electrically driven high-temperature core creates raw syngas.

04

Clean & condition

Industrial modules prepare the gas for its intended application.

05

Configure outputs

Match practical energy and molecule pathways to local demand.

Conversion core

High-temperature, electrically driven conversion

The conversion core uses submerged-arc furnace architecture to process qualified residual feedstock under controlled high-temperature conditions. Carbon-bearing material can form syngas; inorganic constituents require a defined management route.

WHAT WE CHECK

Feedstock preparation, electrical load, furnace conditions, electrode use, refractory performance and residue characteristics.

How the configuration is validated
Understand the intermediate

Why syngas changes the decision.

A gas intermediate lets the project compare multiple downstream routes. Every route has its own equipment, utility requirements and commercial conditions.

COMBUSTION / SIMPLIFIED
C + O₂ → CO₂ + heat

Chemical energy is released primarily as heat.

GASIFICATION / SIMPLIFIED
C + H₂O + energy → CO + H₂

Carbon becomes part of a potentially useful gas intermediate.

Simplified chemistry for illustration. Actual reactions, gas composition and yields depend on the feedstock and operating configuration.
